Folktronics in Austin! June 7th!
March 24, 2008 - 5:33am — Matthew
I’m very happy about this! I got to see the Barnyard Electronics CD release show at the Cactus Cafe last time - any chance of a NEW folktronics CD in June? Wishful thinking? Maybe I’m a recovering pessimist, too…
Either way - really looking forward to June!
Still, Matthew

Freep? What is that?!?
I have Oft Mended Raiment, and I really like it - but I’m really just so excited by what you’re doing RIGHT NOW. Barnyard Electronics is such mature, focused expirimentalism that, in my opinion (obviously), it is MILES ahead of Raiment. Jeez - I hope that doesn’t sound mean, like I’m bashing your earlier work… because I’m not! Barnyard Electronics just happens to be my favorite so far, and I’m eagerly awaiting the next one. How exciting that it may see a 2008 release date! Or, the vinyl release of BE (I know - fat chance) would be alright, too…
Okay - now I’m gonna look up Freep! Thanks for taking the time to write. M

Thanks very much SC! But how do you know what flash player I’m using? Or is it some weird behind-the-scenes thing that I don’t understand? I’m just trying to download them to my computer, not listen to them on the site…
Just tried again - still no luck.
Thanks again Matthew
Matthew, thanks for your
Matthew, thanks for your patience. I twiddled some more levers and knows… can you give it another go? You should be able to play through the flash player and/or download the file (as an mp3.)
